Senior Dynamics 365 and Power Platform work, without the big-partner overhead.

Kernstone is a small consultancy with no management layers between you and the people doing the work. Less overhead means a noticeably lower cost for you. To show what that looks like in practice, we start with a paid, fixed-scope pilot on a real item from your backlog.

Why it costs less

Larger partners carry structure that suits large programmes. For many backlog items you don't need it, and you shouldn't have to pay for it.

No extra layers

No account managers or project-office layers sitting between you and the work.

Direct contact

You talk directly to the people who build it, so less gets lost in translation.

Low overhead

A small team with low fixed costs, and those savings go into the price.

Fixed-scope quotes

You know the price before work starts. No open-ended hourly billing.

We also use AI tools in our own delivery work. Every change is reviewed by us and documented for your team.

How a pilot works: Prove It First

We are new, so we don't have a track record to point to yet. Instead, you judge us on a real piece of work.

  • A paid, fixed-scope build of 1–4 weeks on a backlog item you choose, priced without big-partner overhead.
  • You keep the work, including the configuration, code and documentation, whatever you decide.
  • The pilot fee is credited in full if you sign a 12-month agreement within 30 days of handover.
Step 1

Free 20-minute triage

A short call to look at your backlog and pick one item that fits a 1–4 week pilot.

Step 2

Fixed-scope quote

A written scope, what "done" means, timeline and one fixed price. You see the cost before we start.

Step 3

Build

We build in your development environment, with regular check-ins on progress.

Step 4

Handover

A demo of the working result, documentation, and a clean handover. Then you decide.

Frequently asked questions

We already have a Dynamics partner. Can you work alongside them?

Yes. A pilot can be a single, clearly bounded item that sits next to your existing partner's work. We agree on environments, branching and deployment with you up front so nothing conflicts.

How does remote delivery work across time zones?

We work remotely from the Netherlands and Moldova. Moldova is one hour ahead of CET, so our working hours overlap with a normal Dutch working day. Sorin is your contact in the Netherlands.

What access do you need, and how do you treat our data?

We ask for the least access needed, ideally in a development or test environment, using accounts you create and control. We're happy to sign an NDA before seeing any details, and you can remove our access at any time.

How is pricing set?

A pilot is a fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed in writing before work starts. Because we are a small team with little overhead and no management layers, that price is lower than you might expect from a larger partner. If you then sign a 12-month agreement within 30 days, the pilot fee is credited in full.
